This plan includes daily training for 3 months with explanations of what to do and encouraging messages to help you stay on the grind. The paces in this plan are for someone who is training to run a 5k at a 7:30 pace. Explore below for options that include an individual analysis that will help you get the most out of your training.

3 Month Training Plan (5k) With Individual Analysis

With this plan you'll recieve and more personalized plan for 3 months of 5k training. With your purchase, you'll submit your current baseline with your goal, and I will edit the Generic Training Plan to get you from where you are right now in your fitness journey to where you want to be.

3 Month Training Plan (5k) With Weekly Virtual Meetings

This plan includes an the Individual Analysis with a weekly 15 min conference call to discuss your training and the best way forward for you. We'll discuss your schedule allowing us to move your training around, running hacks to help you get the most out of your training, and anything else that you would like to talk about.
